Experienced Quantity Surveyor cicra 20 years, looking for Freelance work on add hoc, flexible basis, tasks to include but not limited to take off's, interim valuations and final accounts.All trades covered.
Both Main Contractor, Developer and Sub-Contract Experience. Working remotely preferred.
Rates by agreement, can be hourly, by the day or performance related on % of recovery.
Prefer to work direct with Client, however agency work considered.
