Assistant contracts manager
Our client is offering a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to start a structured training programme within the construction industry.
My client works as a main contractor and is affiliated to the CIOB, they undertake interior fit out and external refurbishment projects with project values of between GBP100K - GBP2million. They have been established for the last 10 years and have a number of excellent client relationships with financial and bluechip clients.
They are looking for someone who is is degree qualified and is looking to train towards either a CIOB, APM or RICS qualification, one of their directors has recently qualified as an assessor for the CIOB.
The company are very experienced in guiding trainees and exposing them to all aspects of the construction industry, which over time allows them to develop their existing skillset more rapidly over time.

Qualifications/Experience:
Construction Related Degree - Essential
Minimum 2 years Experience in Construction
CIOB / RICS registered
