You must be friendly, bubbly, presentable, enthusiastic, reliable, hard working and trustworthy.
You must be able to motivate yourself.
You must have some experience and working in a bar or and a restaurant in UK/AU/NZ is beneficial but not crucial as long as you have the right attitude and you are willing to work hard.
Good spoken and written English is very essential.
4 – 5 shifts per week, sometimes more, rota - including evenings and week-ends.
