We are a Chef Recruitment Agency recruiting chefs to work over the Summer Cricket season at Lord's Cricket Club
"The Home of international Cricket" for week long positions.
You will need to have preferably experience in High End Event Work, strong culinary knowledge, with a balance of attention to detail and high volume.
Sounds difficult to balance the two; but the standards have never been higher; every thing possible will be sourced in fresh from the best U K ingredients possible.
The kitchens have been refitted earlier this year to very high standards with some of the latest and best equipment.
So we are obviously looking for the best candidates possible this Season to work in the following areas:
●Banqueting
●Pastry
●Restaurants/Gastro bar- fine dining
●Main kitchen
●Larder
●Carvery
●Hot kitchen
Your will also need smart pressed whites, skull cap, butcher's apron, safety shoes, a clean knives.
A professional attitude, ready to work and excellent timekeeping!

Shifts will be NEXT WEEK Monday to Sunday 7am-8am lots of hours? so you must be able to commit to all seven days then have treat yourself to a week off and some well earned rest.
