Experienced chef required for busy bar in camden

The Oh! Bar is a busy bar/club in the center of Camden.
Due to changing the focus of the venue we are now looking to change the menu of our kitchen. We are looking for a chef with energy and the desire to build an innovative menu that will locate our kitchen effectively in the market place and bolster the Oh! Bar's offer.
Duties are to include:
· Menu development
· Daily management of the kitchen
· Preparation of food and quality control
· Liaising with the front of house team
· Stock control and meeting budget targets
· Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene levels are kept at a high and consistent standard
Hours are around 45 per week on a 6/7 basis.
The perfect candidate will be looking for a franchise. He will be running his own business effectively and promote his menu around houses and businesses in Camden.
