What we are looking for in you:
degree in computer science or economics
experience in leading development and deployment projects for external clients in the mutual fund or banking industry with practical business knowledge in this area
experience in full lifecycle software systems development with practical understanding of technologies including web development (J2EE) and relational databases
strong analytical and product management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
critical evaluation of information gathered from multiple sources, reconciliation of conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs
excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse groups, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
availability for short business trips
English language proficiency
