Personal Assistant Required
We are an entertainment agency booking tours internationally for a variety of artistes from around the globe but predominantly Jamaica, from offices in Shoreditch , close to Old St Station, we need a concientious and enthusiatic PA who is not looking for a nine to five existence, we work ten till six anyway.
You will be answering phones, typing contracts and invoices,putting together itineraries, arranging work permits and visas and generally working with the two agents and the artistes mananagements to ensute than everyone is in the right place at the right time with the right documentation. When we are busy it can be stressful and some days you wont be able to leave till the crisis is over.
In return its a fairly sociable job with good long term prospects foor he right person. You need to be articulate, spell well and be numerate and be able to work under youre own steam to meet deadlines. Benefits include lots of fre concert tickets and possibly occasional international travel, If you have book keping experience to and can handle VAT, PAYE and the likes, then we could be lookking at a higher salary.
We would certainly not be prejudiced against someone returning to the job market after a career break .
