A small room with a futon available in a two storey, 3 bed flat. The flat, currently occupied by a male and two females, is located on Upper Richmond Road, Roehampton SW15. Putney to the west and Richmond to the east are either a bus ride or cycle ride away. Near the river, the nearest BR station, Barnes is 20 minutes to Waterloo and is a three-minute walk from the flat, through Barnes Common. Richmond Park is an eight-minute walk south.

The flat includes a large kitchen and a living/dining area. The kitchen includes all appliances. Theres a bathroom and toilet upstairs and a toilet downstairs.

We are a schoolteacher (30) and two polish sisters (waitress, 31 and fitness instructor, 24). We are an amiable lot and looking for someone neat and tidy, though nothing nazified (just so long as youre capable of clearing up after yourself). We might have a drink or dine together now and again but generally just get along with our lives.
