Cheap, beautiful room in a beautiful house...Sept-mid ...
Hi there--
I'm a UCL student, doing some field research from Sept. 1 through October 15, and my room in E. London (Leyton) is available during that time. The house is amazing--we're basically house-sitting for the year, so we lucked out. Aside from myself, the residents are: 2F, 1M professionals in their late 20's to early 30's--lively, sociable, mature crowd. Located in a nice, diverse, colourful, residential section of town, about 12 min. walk to the Central Line (Leytonstone station). (25 mins. to Tottenham) The street is nice and quiet, but it's a short walk to everything you need--parks, shops, transportation, pubs....you name it.
not to mention a huge TV, stereo, enormous kitchen, 2 fireplaces (ok, perhaps a bit out of season) and a nice, cozy backyard
We love the place--
410 for the month of september, including all utilities and broadband internet.
