Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry
My client, a
4 Star deluxe hotel in Central London is looking to appoint a Demi Chef de Partie to work alongside their Pastry Chef.
You will be expected to produce pastries for the a-la-carte restaurant, room service, banqueting and lounge menu.
The working week will consist of 48 hours a week and will be on a rota basis and will include 2 split shifts a week. Overtime, when available, is paid.
To be considered for this position, you will have experience of working in the pastry section - ideally from a hotel environment. This position is available immediately so please apply today.
