Admin Officer *CRB Required*
We are looking to recruit an admin officer to work for a local authority based in North/East London within the Children Services Department.
You will be working in a busy yet friendly team.
Duties and responsibilities include opening and distributing post, typing correspondence, minute taking and dealing with general enquiries.
Knowledge of MS Office packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet and a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm essential.
The ability to problem solve and to work on own initiative, be able to prioritize workload and work under pressure.
You must have a proactive work approach and demonstrate discretion and confidentiality. Audio typing would be an advantage.
CRB is essential (Criminal Record Bureau Check)
