Key responsibilities within this Reprographics / Mailroom / Facilities Helpline role include:

Ensuring all print jobs are completed on time
Liaising with external and internal suppliers
Ensuring all reprographics paperwork and meter readings are captured and filed for billing purposes
Maintaining stock levels and ensuring the work areas are kept tidy
Sorting and distributing all incoming mail
Logging all incoming courier items and delivering to relevant staff
Delivering all newspapers, publications, stationery and paper
Despatching outgoing mail and overseas shipments using Easy Shipper package
Making domestic courier bookings via the web / phone
Providing an efficient and courteous telephone service for enquires to the Helpdesk
Receiving Helpdesk requests via phone and email and logging requests onto the Facilities Helpdesk IT system
Administering and collating job dockets
