Administrator/Secretary
Our client, a very well established financial firm based in the City is seeking an Administrator/Secretary to join their busy, fast paced and dynamic team. Providing Admin support to the team, duties will include circulating client's year ends, diaries, answering telephone calls, reports, amending/updating client database, filing, stationery supplies, typing documents (Audio Typing), updating website and general ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will have had Admin experience within a City/West End based professional firm, Type speed of 50wpm+, Excellent MS Office skills (Advanced in Word), strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, team player and must have a flexible approach to work.
