Essential requirements for this Admin role include:

Good standard of education
Experience working in a customer facing role
Experience dealing with a wide variety of enquiries by phone or email
Word, Excel, Access, database, email and internet skills
Friendly, open, warm personality
Attention to detail
Organised approach to admin

Reporting to the Director of Housing, you'll enjoy a varied and busy role with key responsibilities as follows:

Dealing with enquiries, mailouts, photocopying, collating documents, filing etc
Providing general meeting and workshop support including arranging meetings and workshops, dealing with agendas, minuting meetings etc
Monitoring all contracts, documentation and payments to ensure that actions are taken in accordance with contract deadlines
Carrying out market research
