Due to continued growth and internal promotions they have openings for trainee field sales executives in both London and the South East.
As a Trainee Field Sales Executive you will gain the necessary product knowledge and selling skills to enable the transition from Trainee to Accredited Sales Executive where you will contribute to the profitable development of the Company and the Region through maximising sales within your specified geographical area. You will be required to achieve sales targets, undertake all aspects of day-to-day account management, promote and sell a range of Company products profitably and develop sales within an existing user base.
The role will involve a 6 month structured training programme consisting of both classroom and field based training and will be measured by various KPI's and targets.
Applications are sought from graduate calibre candidates who want to develop a professional career in B2B Sales. Previous experience can include retail, telemarketing, telesales, customer service, estate agency, recruitment or any similar target driven background. You will be highly motivated with a positive attitude, career driven, credible and committed with good persuasion, negotiation and communication skills. This role also requires you to hold a valid driving licence.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of 14k with an uncapped and achievable first year OTE of 25-30k with a quality car or car allowance, phone, laptop and an executive benefits package.
