HR Manager for International Property Developer
This high profile, forward thinking Residential development company with operations within the UK and abroad are looking for an HR manager to set up an HR function within the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established, expanding international property company. The ideal candidate should have experience of working in a managerial HR role for a medium sized company (approx 300- 500 staff) and have managed a team of around 8- 10 staff.
Ideally be able to implement policies and procedures.
Have a good knowledge of Training & Payroll.
Experience of Grievance procedures & recruitment processes
An ability to communicate at all levels
Salary: Up to £60k + Excellent benefits
