Initiate's client was founded in 1994, has remained debt free and profitable since then, and is the UK's only true communications service provider. They are looking for graduate telesales professionals and telemarketers. They are the number one telephone and IT systems integrator and value added re-seller of Network services, mobiles and IP products in the country. They have offices all around the country, currently have sales of over £70 million per annum, and consistently achieve a high ranking in the Virgin Atlantic Fast-Track 100 table; a league for the fastest growing private UK companies. They are looking to expand through both acquisition and growth in their sales and back-office teams.
Currently, my client seeks telemarketers. The role commands £20k basic salary, with uncapped commission of £35k in your first year. Opportunity for progression will include telesales management and team leader positions, or field sales and account management as the company achieves further growth.
You will have 6 months sales experience, ideally in technology sales, be consultative in approach with demonstrable success in booking highly qualified appointments through cold calling. You will be extremely professional, highly numerate and have a can do approach ? your performance will be key to the successful growth of the company.
