Formed in 2001 and currently with just two offices, this small recruiter deals with IT recruitment on a contingency, campaign and search & selection basis. A Resourcer is needed to bolster their successful team.
The primary role of a Recruitment Resourcer is to help the Consultants to source the best candidates for the clients. This will involve advertising job requirements on the Internet in order to attract strong candidates and interviewing prospective candidates in order to match them to the requirements. You should be a confident phone basher, as you will constantly be on the phone resourcing candidates. You will need to be articulate and have previous sales or telesales experience, or even a business-to-business sales background.
