German or French speaking Games Tester

The Company:
Our client is a International company with clients across the globe. They are currently recruiting for German or French speaking online games tester. The company is based in Belfast.
The Role:
-Provide accurate support to customers by telephone, via email or on-line chat.
-Be able to recognize and diagnose, troubleshoot and provide accurate
solutions.
-Play the games
-Proactively share knowledge and disseminate information to team members at a local and global basis.
-Work closely with other department staff.
- Translate English FAQ articles into German or French.
Candidate Profile:
-Candidates must be fluent in German or French along with English.
-6 months in a customer service or technical support orientated role would be an advantage.
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Accustomed to meeting deadlines and service level agreements.
-Proficient in the use of MS Office and Internet.
-Good understanding for technical questions.
-Ensure highest quality is maintained towards the customers.
-Interest in computers or games or MSN
Salary/Additional Information:
