Account Manager
I am currently recruiting for a prestigious company based in London. The is a rare opportunity to join the company as an Account Manager.
Summary & Purpose of Role:
The primary responsibility of the role is to professionally account manage and develop allocated client accounts. This includes the initial sale, all continuing business and all client interaction (training included). New opportunities within key clients should be identified and developed
?h Growth of major accounts ensuring revenue targets are achieved
?h Proactive account management of a list of defined clients with special attention paid to profit margin
?h Preparing, maintaining and following an account plan for each of the key accounts.
?h Develop and explore all areas of the firm that have revenue potential and organise meetings with those relevant people.
?h You will be the expert of that firm. You are required to be up-to-date on all the significant activity occurring.
?h Building trust, confidence and credibility with clients
?h Issue detailed client status reports as and when required by management ¡V effectively track accounts
?h Responsible for weekly/monthly internal account management reviews.
?h Responsible for professional training offering, adding value to the company offering
?h In depth knowledge of the marketplace and competitors and able to proactively manage client needs
?h In depth knowledge of all product offerings and able to demonstrate appropriately to clients
?h Looking for new opportunities and working with the Sales Manager to develop these
Skills/experience
?h Strong communication skills and relationship management ability
?h Demonstrate successful track record in account management with proven revenue success
?h Good educational background, preferably to graduate level or similar
?h Three years in a similar role within a medium sized business
