Multilingual New Business Managers

The Company:
Our client, a market leader in its industry is currently looking to recruit New Business Managers fluent in English as well as in one of the following languages: German, Italian or Spanish. The successful candidate would join their offices based in Wales.
The Role:
This is a very consultative inbound sales position selling the client's services over the phone and managing customer accounts.
-Answering inbound sales calls
-Providing customers with advice and support with regards to the services
-Cold calling prospective customers
-Liaising with customers in the respective markets
-Liaising with engineers and internal departments
Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate is likely to speak English as well as Spanish, German or Italian to mother tongue level or equivalent and has a least 1 year experience in a direct sales or customer service environment. Knowledge of computer technologies would be an advantage however full training will be provided. Excellent telephone as well as communication skills are essential and so is the desire to develop a sound technical knowledge.
Salary/Additional Information:
The salary for this position is between £14,000 - £18,000 basic and up to £40,000 OTE. 30 days holidays, private health insurance scheme plus fantastic incentives. Working hours are 9:00 to 17:30 +/- 1 hour Monday to Friday plus one weekend day per month. There is also the possibility of a relocation package.
