RHI are recruiting exclusively for one of Londons most established Arts companies, listed on the London Stock Exchange with a turn over of £8mil.
The Role
Internal growth sees the company recruiting for two graduates who will be taught everything they need to grow into the role of Financial Business Analyst. The chosen candidate will be rotated throughout the different departments of the entire business and will have the opportunity to work with some very bright individuals. Duties within the role include adding value to the business by providing timely, accurate financial analysis to enable Business Directors and Department heads to monitor Departmental performance, providing regular management reporting to internal management by the agreed deadlines and control of the balance sheet accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong academics - a 2:1 or 1st degree and A/B ALevels. They will also have at least six months experience in an accounts or junior analyst role and excellent communication skills. A European language would be a massive plus but is not essential.
