Finnish Customer Service Administrator
The Company:
Our client, a leading international company is currently recruiting for a fluent speaker of Finnish to work in their Hampshire offices.
The Role:
The role will primarily involve the following:
-Handling written and verbal communications with both external and internal contacts in accordance with standard levels of service
-Performing spot checks, system audits
-Providing support to other members of the team
-Providing support to the supervisor
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the position will be a fluent speaker of Finnish and is likely to have at least one year's experience in a customer service or administrative environment.
You must have an eye for detail and quality, and must be able to work efficiently both in a team and independently. You must be fully numerate with a good written style in Finnish and English. The ability to work to deadlines is essential, as is a team focused attitude.
Salary/Additional Information:
The basic salary offered will be £16,000 A fully comprehensive benefits structure is included.
