Part-Time Sales Office Administrator
Our client based in Ilford Essex are looking to recruit a Part time Sales Office Administrator to work 5 mornings 9 (hours by arrangement), the ideal candidate will be required to cover holidays and sickness.
Duties will include
Receive customer orders by telephone, fax and post
Review the status of customers orders and liaise with colleagues to determine the progress of orders
Entering orders onto Sage and produce necessary documentation
Produce customer invoices and credit notes
Handle customer queries and liaise with sales executives
Check invoices received from warehouse
Produce month end reports and customer statements
Maintain adequate stock of product samples
Collation of sales figures and updating excel spreadsheet
Previous experience within a similar role essential.
The ideal candidate will be well presented, articulate and numerate with a pleasant telephone manner. Be able to take on responsibility and handle diverse activity. Be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel and Word and preferably Sage.
Salary: £16000 - 17000 pro rata
