Essential requirements for this Member Relationship Exec / Account Management / Client Services role include:
Strong admin and organisational talents
Proven client / customer service experience
MS Office and database skills
Good networking skills
Ability to develop effective working partnerships
Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
Tact and diplomacy
Reporting to the Member Relationship Manager, responsibilities include:
Delivering first class member support and customer service via email, phone, mail and in person
Raising awareness of products and services
Gathering, recording and analysing member feedback
Delivering an induction programme for new members
Managing and reporting on retention activities, such as outbound calling, visits, presentations etc
Handling inbound and outbound enquiries from customers
Attending events
Handling complains effectively
Identifying potential members and sponsors of events
