You will possess business acumen as well as exemplary communication skills, especially on the phone! Fluent English is essential in this role and French and / or German language skills would be an added bonus! You will have initiative and resourcefulness and the ability to work independently to deadlines.
Some key areas of responsibility within this Client Services Analyst role include:
Managing the team diary including arranging on-site presentations, service calls, renewal conversions, team meetings etc
Managing logistics and team preparation for service events, such as executive meetings, on-site visits and teleconferences
Creating presentation packets for Account Managing / Director
Performing web ?walk-throughs? with key users
Research projects
Tracking activities and ensuring data integrity as well as preparing reports
Identifying key issues in renewal decisions and providing solutions
