Sales Co-ordinator, Sales Support, Merchandiser

This Sales Development Co-ordinator role is at the heart of the sales department and acts as an interface between the retail customers, sales team, Head Office and warehouse staff. This key role is very analytical and responsibilities are similar to those of a Merchandiser. You'll need strong communication and persuasion skills as you'll attend seminars where you'll meet Buyers looking for new products!

Essential requirements for this Sales Development Co-ordinator role include:

Strong MS Office skills including PowerPoint
Excellent communication talents, both written and spoken with the ability to write reports
Analytical and numeracy skills and the ability to solve problems
Good team working mentality
Strong time management and attention to detail

Key responsibilities within this Sales Development Co-ordinator role include:

Forecasting and planning for product launches and promotions
Liaising with Buyers, external suppliers etc
Producing reports
Monitoring new launches and seasonal product sales
Reviewing stock levels
Co-ordinating and supporting new store account openings
Monitoring advertising and promotion supplies budget
Co-ordinating and supporting marketing events and activities
Designing and producing marketing packs
Producing presentations
Assisting and supporting the National Sales Director
