Spanish Project finance
Our client is a leading corporate bank in London, who are looking to grow in the Spanish market and seeking to recruit someone who has proven transaction experience in PFI/PPP. They are quite general and are extremely open minded in the direction of the deals, this allowing their colleague a large scope t play with. For example, resent transactions have been ranging from transport, construction to FIG, Power, renewables.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1) Assist with the origination of suitable transactions within the sector/geographic area
2) Ensure that such transactions are structured to mitigate risks to the appropriate degree
3) Obtain all necessary internal consensus and credit approvals
4) Execute such transactions
5) Ensure overall professional management of client relationships
6) Provide general support and assistance to the team
7) Cross-market and cross-sell where possible including products from other areas of the Bank
