Our Client is seeking to expand its equity sales team focused on UK Small & Mid Cap
An independent research firm focused on UK Small and Mid Cap stocks, is looking to expand its sales team. They have quickly developed a strong franchise, with a reputation amongst institutional investors for fundamental, often contrarian research. Covering nine sectors, and you will have a large team of analysts supporting you. The firm is growing rapidly and you will have an opportunity to shape its future in the UK and in overseas markets. We reward high performers through equity as well as basic and bonus.
? Ideally you will have 2+ years experience in institutional equity sales, however we will consider analysts with good client facing experience and skills who want to move into sales.
? Given our Small and Mid Cap focus, relationships in this part of the market are useful, though not a prerequisite.
? You will have a passion for ideas, their development, positioning and commercialisation.
Salary: Competitive Basic + Bonus + Equity (c.80-100k)
