Top 3 UK Smallcap Financials team is looking to add first specialist equity sales person.
Our client is a leading independent research firm focused on UK Small and Mid Cap stocks. They are ranked in the top 3 brokerage firms in UK small caps Financials in the 2007 Thomson Extel survey. With 5 analysts and c.40 stocks under coverage, we are now looking to recruit the first specialist sales person into the team.
The firm is growing rapidly and you will have an opportunity to shape its future in the UK and potentially in overseas markets. We reward high performers through equity as well as basic and bonus.
? Ideally you will have 2+ years experience in either Financials, Banking or Insurance, either as specialist sales or as an analyst with good client facing experience and skills, now looking to move into sales.
? Given our Small and Mid Cap focus, relationships in this part of the market are useful, though not a prerequisite.
? You will have a passion for ideas, their development, positioning and commercialisation.
