The Company
Robert Half Financial Services Group are looking for an Operations / Client Services Associate to work in a leading hedge fund.
The Role
Responsibilities Trade monitoring and processing Liaison with multiple custodians Dealing with a variety of internal & external enquiries To support the client service manager with the quarterly reporting cycle Valuation production & performance calculation Processing of payments, transfers and deal tickets Maintain up to date client records To support the client relationship manager in preparation for client meetings Adhoc projects Skills/Experience Required The individual should have at least five years experience in an operational environment preferably within a private bank, however, other relevant experience will be considered. Reliable & proactive Team worker Well organised with excellent attention to detail Be able to adapt to changes in priorities and respond to deadlines Show initiative Comfortable in a small working environment Good communication skills Good Microsoft Office skills Minimum of 5 years experience
