Our Client are specialists in serving the global financial community for career management and jobs in securities, investment banking and asset management Industries are recruting for an individual who will work with the team which handles a wide range of product and technical issues for our clients who include some of the world's top companies such as UBS, Lehman Brothers, JPMorgan, Mcgregor-boyall and Hays. The ideal candidate must be comfortable conversing with our clients as well as candidates who are a vital part of our website. Responsibilities Provide orientation and product training to new and existing clients' on all aspects of our clients product offerings by phone and on site. Handle a high volume of enquiries from clients and candidates via phone and email. Any communication must be documented in the database so that you and sales staff can follow the case history. Post jobs and make them 'live' on the website. Creatively and efficiently resolve issues and investigate complaints. Assist the sales and CRM teams to produce reports and presentations as required. Candidate Should have a visa enabling you to work full time in the UK for at least 1 year. Should have at least 2 years experience in a busy Customer Service or Call centre environment. Should be comfortable presenting to and conversing with groups of people. Should have impeccable spoken and written English. Should have an interest in learning more about the Financial Markets. Should be able to handle multiple tasks at once with a sense of humour and a smile!
