Project ManagerOverview Project Manager required to join leading Consultancy based in London. The Project Manager will be managing the design aspect of the projects and also managing the design and construction teams, liaising with the client and achieving time and budget obligations to ensure project success on complex construction projects.General Duties: The Project Manager will be responsible for preparing and executing design and construction programmes, monitoring expenditure and invoicing, managing the payment of contractors, co-ordinating the delivery of projects, attending client meetings and resolving any issues which may arise during the project.General recruitment criteria: - The Project Manager will have solid Project Management experience with multi-million pound, multi-discipline construction projects. - The Project Manager will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a relevant discipline and ideally be of Chartered Status (or working towards Chartered Status) - The Project Manager will leadership and management skills and have previous experience of consultant and contractor management - The Project Manager will have proven experience of successfully delivering projects to time and budget - The Project Manager will have procurement experience and be confident in their financial capabilities.About us: BBL Group specialise in the recruitment of technical professionals within the Construction, Building Services, Public Sector, Civil and Property Sectors.
