Construction/Site ManagerOverview Site Manager/Supervisor required for one of the UKs largest construction firms. Working on projects throughout the UK, with a base in South East LondonGeneral Duties: Site Manager/Supervisor will provide effective operational management of site Foreman, Operatives and sub contractors to ensure delivery of foundation contracts and projects of all sizes and complexities are delivered safely, on time and to budget.Monitoring site progress, implementing company systems for site safety, determining and agreeing resource requirements for works, producing material and plant order schedules, determining and agreeing tender and contract methods of work, understanding key programme dates and contractual arrangements for each project. Establishing and maintaining client relationships.General recruitment criteria: - The Site Manager will have solid experience in a site supervisory or management role. - The Site Manager will have a thorough understanding of Construction Methods - The Site Manager will have good knowledge of plant and labour outputs. - The Site Manager will have planning and programming awareness with leadership and site team management skills - The Site Manager will possess good verbal and written communication skills , be self motivated and have the ability to work effectively under time and project constraints - A Driving license is essential for this roleAbout us: BBL Group specialise in the recruitment of technical professionals within the Construction, Building Services, Public Sector, Civil and Property Sectors.
