Immediate start available with this International Company who seeks a well spoken receptionist with good administrative skills. You will be responsible for the organisation and smooth running of their smart reception area. Meet and greet visitors, book meetings rooms, organise in-house lunches and liaise with European offices and clients. This role also involves admin support to the office Manager, liaising with suppliers, typing correspondence and assisting with the preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
It is essential that you have gained previous work experience on reception ideally with switchboard experience. Intermediate to advanced MS Outlook is required along with Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Attitude is key to this role ? must be enthusiastic and able to work effectively alone or as part of a team. PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY RESPOND TO CANDIDATES WHO MEET THESE RECRUITING CRITERIA.
