Receptionist - Media Co!


This is a great opportunity to join this friendly and hardworking publishers.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for all callers and visitors. You will also provide some admin support to the company...so as you will see there is plenty of variety!

Key resonsibilities are as follows:

1. To handle calls from both external and internal customers via the Switchboard.
2. To provide a friendly and professional information service to callers and visitors.
3. To provide general information and support for their staff.
4. To provide administrative support to the various depts as required.

They are looking for the following key skills:

1. Previous reception experience
2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
3. Knowledge of the following computer programmes desirable: MS Office ? Word (Int), Excel (basic) and Outlook (Int)
4. Copy typing ? approx 40 wpm
5. In-house training will be provided for Access, PowerPoint and other in-house systems
