Receptionist
We are looking to recruit an experienced receptionist to work within a London borough based in North London.
Duties and responsibilities include meeting and greeting, managing the reception area, room bookings, invoice payment and entry of payments to file, filing and any other ad hoc duties.
You will need to have an excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office packages Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet and a good typing speed essential.
Ability to be self motivating, work under pressure, and manage time effectively, to be able to multi -task and prioritise different areas of work according to need.
Experience working in a similar role would be an advantage
