Recruitment Consultant - Temporary
My client is one of the world's leading professional recruitment and human resource consulting providers. They deliver innovative solutions that address both recruitment strategies and organisational effectiveness ? people and performance. They have developed a strong track record of helping clients run their businesses smarter and achieve greater success through people.
The commercial division deals with high margin, low volume assignments, mainly working on roles commanding upward of £30k salaries. They have team assistants to help with sourcing candidates and high level of admin support.
They are looking to grow the commercial division, beginning with a new temps consultant. The new consultant will be given 20 temps, so they will be billing from day 1. Training will be given and the team is well managed and supportive.
The successful candidate must be hungry for success and prepared to work hard for it. They must be polished, and enjoy business development. Driven and motivated, they will be want to be part of this exciting and friendly company.
