Recruitment Consultant - Human Resources
Established in 1997 as specialists in financial recruitment, my client has grown to become one of the leading recruitment consultancies in the UK, with twenty offices across the Midlands, North West, Yorkshire. In recent years, they have grown to encompass HR recruitment and have recently opened a London office as part of their strategy to become a national player.
Due to expansion plans, they are currently looking for an experienced consultant to set up the HR division of the London office. The new consultant will benefit from a significant amount of inbound vacancies from clients on the finance side, giving them good base from which to build their desk. They will also enjoy individually tailored training, if desired, an autonomous and friendly working environment, exceptional benefits and excellent career progression.
The successful candidate will be keen to embrace the challenge of starting up a new division, and be reasonably new-business focused. They will have a proven track record in recruitment from any sector. Ambitious and motivated, they will genuinely want to contribute to the growth and success of the business.
