SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT, LONDON ?BANKING
£30-35k basic + £60-80k OTE
Our client is looking for a senior consultant to join a rapidly expanding desk in their compliance division. Candidates will be responsible for new business development with top tier investment Banks and asset houses, along with headhunting, and reactivating past candidates. The team covers a large part of the investment management and banking market and specialise in consulting services to fortune 500 companies.
Successful candidates will previous recruitment experience, preferably in the investment banking or financial recruitment sector. Have a proven background of business development along with being articulate, ambitious, driven, hard working and possess the perseverance to work in this fast paced and energetic environment.
