Our client, a contingent headhunting company focusing on Senior level placements across the middle and back office of Investment Banks and Asset Management Institutions are looking to expand due to fantastic performance over the past year.
This company's unique business model is to focus on mandates which traditionally the larger agencies do not have the resources to fill, i.e markets in which research, market-mapping and headhunting are the most effective tools.
Clients are in place with A-list PSLs and researchers will help you gain information on the markets and the people within them.

Salary: £30-50K + commission. OTE = 30% of billings
