An independent consultancy based in Islington, my client is a rapidly expanding force in the social work recruitment market. Already an established name in the industry, my client is on the PSL list for every managed vendor and supply staff to every council in London.
An opportunity has arisen to take over an existing QSW desk which has previously run at £24k/month, inheriting every locum currently working on it. This is a unique opportunity to enter a dynamic and growing company and to start making money from day one.

The ideal candidate will be driven and harbour aspirations to grown their own team in order to expand their career and grow with the company.
A driven self-starter, you will have 18 months+ experience within the Social Work recruitment sector and will be able to hit the ground running. The successful candidate will enjoy a superb salary as well as a highly competitive commission structure, on the job training and regular appraisals.
