My client, who recently moved into new offices in Victoria, is a small but powerful force in the technical recruitment market. As a rapidly growing company, my client is now looking to expand and further develop the social care division and is seeking an experienced consultant in order to achieve this.
With 2-3 years experience in the social care recruitment market, you will have the industry knowledge and contacts to effectively succeed in starting and building your own desk from scratch. Entirely self-managed and with a proven track record, you will enjoy an unparalleled level of autonomy in the role, and the freedom to develop your division in your own way.
The desk itself is already running at £1-2k/week, and as such is not completely cold ? as well as this, my client is on the neutral vendor lists for Commencerer, Eden Brown and BeeLine. The foundations are already in place for the successful candidate to come in and start making money almost immediately.
With a business model is built around complete autonomy for its consultants, and with one if the strongest commission structures in the recruitment industry as a whole, this role represents the next best thing to starting up on your own, minus the financial risk attached ? as such, this is a genuinely unique role.
The successful candidates will enjoy one of the best commission structures in the industry, taking 50% of all permanent billings and up to 75% of contracts. Guarantees are also available to avoid loss-of-earning through the first year. This is a reflection on the level of candidate required for the role.
