A vibrant and professional recruitment consultancy, my client has pioneered innovative recruitment practices and Post Qualifying training programmes within the UK social care sector. Based in London, my client works with many organisations across the public, private and voluntary care sectors on a national scale.
Due to continued growth, my client is looking to take on consultants in order to expand their Qualified Social Work and Social Care Professional teams. This is a unique opportunity to enter one of the most lucrative and stable sectors in the UK recruitment market and take advantage of one of the strongest training programmes in the industry.
A young and dynamic company (the directors are under 30), this role will appeal especially to bright, self-motivated individuals with a pro-active outlook. Previous experience working within sales or recruitment would be a definite advantage, but is not essential. More important is the thirst to make money and the desire to succeed within this specialist area of the recruitment market.
