Recruitment Consultant
Started 31 years ago, this company deals with the recruitment of permanent, temporary and contract office support and management staff. It is owned and run by a vivacious woman who is both highly knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Client base is extremely varied, and covers some very high profile companies. Top perm consultant bills £250k annually.
Due to ongoing success they are looking to expand dramatically. They are looking for both perm and temp consultants to join this profitable and exciting team. New consultants have the benefit of resourcers, a high level of admin support and the backing of a recognized brand. It is expected that new consultants will have the potential to increase their current billing by 20-50%.
The successful candidate must be motivated and driven, and have business development focus. With a background in commercial/secretarial recruitment, they will be looking to move to an autonomous environment. Most importantly, they must have a good sense of humour.
