Delegate Sales Executive - Media Sales
Recognised as an innovative business development consultancy, our client produces and runs a series of director level business development meetings for major organizations, both Corporate and Government in the UK and across Europe. Due to their continued success and planned growth for 2007 and beyond they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to join their delegate sales team based in Central London.
As a delegate sales executive your principal task will be to develop new and existing delegates, source and establish relationships with new contacts within global companies with a view to gathering additional data and selling conference documentation. You will establish a partnership with internal staff members and analysts to gain an understanding of the target market and work in a team driven environment to achieve and exceed delegate forecasts and targets.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 12 months sales experience gained in a business to business environment. You will be of graduate calibre with a genuine desire to excel and be an excellent communicator with an inquisitive nature. The role will require you to work both alone and in a team driven atmosphere that thrives on high energy levels, successful individuals and career orientated people. Management opportunities may be made available to those who perform.
The successful candidate will be offered a base salary of 17-22k with an uncapped OTE of 29-34k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
