Our client is a globally leading Webcasting specialist, who specialise in webcasting Investor Relations events with a focus on critical events targeted at large and/or global audiences. With offices in both Europe and North America they offer local support to the corporate user across many time zones. Due to continued growth and their ongoing commitment to client services they now have an exciting opening in London for a Sales Support / Client Services Executive.
As a Client Services Executive you will assist both account managers and business development executives with the day-to-day running of their accounts. You will liaise with clients direct to deal with training issues, account queries and the implementation of services. This is a varied role that will ultimately lead into an account management position within 12 months for the right individual.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 months sales experience a general technical awareness and previous exposure to working in a customer service / sales support capacity. You will posses first class communication and presentation skills, be eager to learn new technologies, posses the desire to succeed in a rapidly growing industry and demonstrate the ability to manage accounts of varying value.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 18k dependent upon previous experience with an uncapped and very achievable first year OTE of 25k plus an additional benefits package.
