Sales Executive ? Property Investment Sales
Our Client is a leading property investment firm based in the City. Due to continued growth in the value of land, property development and indeed the UK Governments own targets for new build growth, our client has carved out a niche market that is available to investors of all sizes.
As Sales Executive you will be responsible for generating business opportunities through selling our client's portfolio of available investments direct to end users. Working from a qualified database you will seek to maximise opportunities for investment and ROI for investors at all levels. This is a target orientated role that comes with unlimited earning potential and a 6 figure salary in year 2.
The ideal candidate will posses a minimum of 12 months new business sales experience. You will be confident, driven, proactive and committed to joining a professional organisation to further your career. You will have excellent communication skills, a broad business understanding, high levels of self motivation and excellent time management skills as you will be juggling various tasks at any one time.
The successful candidate can expect a basic salary of 15k with an uncapped OTE 35-50k in the first year + additional benefits.
