For the past 20 years, our client has been delivering tailored training solutions designed to meet the requirements of Banks and other Financial Institutions worldwide. With offices in the UK, The US and Asia they are well placed to service the world's largest financial centers and deliver cost effective solutions covering many banking/financial sectors. Due to continued growth they now have an exciting opening for a Graduate Trainee to join their London office.
As a Graduate Trainee Sales Executive you will work alongside experienced colleagues and focus on both new and existing accounts developing opportunities covering our clients' entire portfolio of bespoke training solutions. You will identify, qualify and close revenue streams of varying value throughout the UK, Europe and beyond. This role comes with full product and sales training and will lead into a lucrative sales career for dynamic graduates with the ability to succeed.
Applications are invited from degree educated candidates with a passion for sales. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a proven record of academic or sporting achievement. Your presentation and closing skills will be first class and you will also demonstrate high levels of drive with the determination to make your mark in this leading training provider.
The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary 18k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 25-28k in the first year plus additional benefits.
