Our client is a specialist leadership and management training consultancy dedicated to the assessment and development of individuals. As an industry leader with a global client base they deliver informative solutions designed to inspire and sustain personal and business success. Due to continued growth and their ongoing commitment to existing accounts they have an immediate opening for a Client Director to mange high value existing accounts.
As a Client Director you will focus on both business development and strategic account management within allocated key and high spending accounts. This role covers strategic development and operational implementation, programme management and the delivery of leading edge solutions to customers spending in excess of £1 million per annum.
The ideal candidate will be educated to PhD or MBA level and have a keen interest or educational background in psychology. It is anticipated that you will posses a minimum of 3 years sales / Account management experience preferably from within a training or consultancy related business to business sector. You will have a track record of performance, be able to manage accounts of varying value and posses the communication and presentation skills to liaise at senior levels within leading organisations. You will also be dynamic in your approach, a natural leader, posses hi energy levels with the drive, motivation and ability to influence and manage business.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive 50-75k package dependent upon experience with additional benefits.
